Jayne Conant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Azusa Pacific University. There, she developed a passion for working in the non-profit sector, as reflected by the mission trips and volunteer work she was engaged in while at school. After graduation, she worked as an intern with the Office of Economic Development in Hawaii, where her research paper was published. After moving to Colorado, she served as a Project/Human Resource Coordinator throughout her tenure at Northern Telecom, managing recruitment, training, and performance analysis. Jayne Conant’s training and experience at Northern Telecom helped propel her to the Director of Human Resources position at Shelterwood, a non-profit residential care facility for teens, where she handled all functions of human resources, including negotiating employee benefits, risk management, policy development, and compliance. Her desire to own a business came to fruition, in which she is a co-owner and franchise partner of My Salon Suite. Accustomed to managing projects without compromising organizational integrity, Jayne provides accounting and program support at Crosswalk Fellowship and Game Day Memories.
Jayne resides in Littleton, CO, with her husband, Shane, and they have two teenagers, Maile and Kiana.
